Customize Your Mental Edge Coaching Program

You can improve your mental game one-on-one with Coach Hansen himself in Singapore or get coaching from anywhere in the world via video conferencing.  

All programs include the Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP), a custom mental game plan, weekly coaching sessions, unlimited email correspondence, and mental edge worksheets or eBooks.

Mental toughness programme

This programme zooms in on the immediate issues that are stopping you from performing at your best. Here’s what’s included in the Programme:

  • 4 Mental Coaching Sessions (45 Minutes per session). This excludes self-guided learning and e-lessons.
  • Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to identify mental game challenges.
  • Custom Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
  • Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
  • Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.

Note: The programme is to be completed within a month. 

Mental Mastery Programme

For this programme, Coach Hansen will help you to deal with both the primary and secondary mental issues that are limiting your performances. Besides helping you with your simulated practices, Coach Hansen will also work with you to develop your very own pre-competition routine.  Here’s what’s included in this Programme:

  • 8 Mental Coaching Sessions (45 Minutes per session). This excludes self-guided learning and e-lessons.
  • Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to identify mental game challenges.
  • Custom Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
  • Custom Pre-Competition Routine
  • Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
  • Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.

Note: The programme is to be completed within 3 months. 

Mental Excellence Programme

The Mental Excellence Programme is our premium package. This programme gives you the benefit of spending 1 to 4 sessions a month (for 9 months) with Coach Hansen to help you stay committed to your Mental Game Plan in preparation for a major competitions or competitive season.

You will also learn how the mental and thinking skills from this programme can be applied to other life pursuits besides sports. Here’s what’s included:

  • 16 Mental Coaching Sessions (45 Minutes per session). This excludes self-guided learning and e-lessons.
  • Athlete’s Mental Aptitude Assessment (AMAP) to identify mental game challenges.
  • Custom Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
  • Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
  • Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.
