Mental Toughness Programme

This programme zooms in on your primary mental game challenges that are limiting your performance. Here’s what’s included in the programme:
  • 4 Mental Coaching Sessions (45-60 Minutes)
  • Athlete’s Self Discovery Questionnaire (ASDQ), and the Athlete Coping Skills Inventory (ACSI) assessments to identify mental game challenges.
  • Customized Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
  • Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
  • Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.

Note: The programme is to be completed within 2-3 months.

Mental Mastery Programme

For this programme, Coach Hansen will help you to cope with both the primary and secondary mental game challenges.

In addition to developing your foundational qualities, you will also utilize psychological skills such as imagery and self-talk to create your own performance routine. The program may consist of onsite visits to help with your simulation practices. Here’s what’s included in this Programme:

  • 8 Mental Coaching Sessions (45-60 Minutes)
  • Athlete’s Self Discovery Questionnaire (ASDQ), and the Athlete Coping Skills Inventory (ACSI) assessments to identify mental game challenges.
  • Customized Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
  • Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
  • Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.

Note: The programme is to be completed within 3 – 5 months.

Mental Excellence Programme

This programme gives you the benefit of spending up to a year with Coach Hansen to help you stay committed to your Mental Game Plan in preparation for a major competition or during a competitive season.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 12 Mental Coaching Sessions (45-60 Minutes)
  • Athlete’s Self Discovery Questionnaire (ASDQ), and the Athlete Coping Skills Inventory (ACSI) assessments to identify mental game challenges.
  • Customized Mental Game Plan, which guides your mental game improvement.
  • Unlimited email correspondence with Hansen to answer any immediate questions.
  • Mental edge workbooks that help you review and apply mental game strategies between sessions.
